About the Faculty of Medical Sciences
Established in 2000 as the Khaja Bandanawaz Institute of Medical Sciences (KBNIMS), the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Khaja Bandanawaz University (KBNU), Kalaburagi, is a leading institution dedicated to excellence in medical education, clinical training, and research.
With 25+ years of experience, the Faculty, recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), offers MBBS, MD/MS, allied and para-medical programmes, and doctoral research. With a 150-seat MBBS intake, modern infrastructure, experienced faculty, and an attached multi-specialty teaching hospital, students receive comprehensive academic and hands-on clinical training, preparing them for successful careers in healthcare, research, and medical leadership.
