Yukti 2026 Regional Techno-Management-Cultural Fest

Day-1:

The first day of the flagship regional festival, Yukti 2026, commenced with great enthusiasm at the VTU Regional Centre. The event, themed "Where Ideas Turn into Innovation," brought together students from across the region to showcase their technical, managerial, and artistic prowess.

 

Inaugural Ceremony

 

The fest was officially inaugurated by Sardar Balbir Singh, President of the Gurdwara Sri Nanak Jhira Sahib Foundation, Bidar. The ceremony was attended by various academic leaders and faculty members, setting a high standard for the two-day event.

 

Technical & Management Competitions

 

The day was marked by intense competitions in several domains:

 

•  Technical: Featured events such as Chaanaksh (Coding), Prakalpa Prastuthi (Ideathon), and the high-energy Robo Samara (Robo Race & War).

•  Management: Included Daksh (Best Manager), Shresta Vitta(Finance), and Vipan (Marketing) challenges.

•  VisualArts: Sessions for Rupreka (Sketch Art) and Hastakala (Painting) were conducted.

 

Evening Cultural Highlights

 

The first day concluded with vibrant cultural showcases, including Ninda (Singing) and Navyataa (Ramp Walk), followed by performances from renowned guest artists.



Day-2:

The second day of Yukti 2026 shifted focus toward specialized technical skills,digital entertainment, and the final recognition of talent during the valedictory session.

 

Technical and Creative Sessions

The morning sessions included diverse competitions:

 

•  Assembly & Quiz:Tod-Jod(Mechanical assembly)and the final rounds of  the Pragyaan(Quiz).

•  Performing Arts: Nritya Saadhana(Dance) performances took center stage.

•  Digital & Media: Final judging for Chitragatha (Short Film) and Stala Chitrapatha (Spot Photography).

•  E-Sports: The Kadana (BGMI) tournament concluded with high participation.

 

KBNU won  BGMI game. The students were   Shahid Ansari, Mohammed Raaqib, Mohammed Kai,  Shahid Ahmed, Mohammed Sohail.

 

Valedictory Function

The festival culminated in a grand valedictory ceremony. The function was graced by Chief Guests Shashil Namoshi (MLC), Kaneez Fatima (MLA, Kalaburagi North), and Honorable Vice-chancellor Prof. Ali Raza Moosvi KBNU Kalaburagi was the special invitee and honored by the VTU dignitaries KLB . All these dignitaries distributed the prizes to the winners of the various technical and cultural categories, encouraging students to continue their pursuit of innovation

 

Closing Remarks

Yukti 2026 successfully served as a platform for networking and skill-sharing. Faculty and students from Khaja Bandanawaz University and neighboring institutions celebrated the successful completion of the fest, reinforcing the spirit of collaborative learning.
