Pediatrics and Neonatology Subspeciality Summit

On 06-04-2025, the Pediatric and Subspecialty Summit, "Little Lives, Big Advances," commenced with a talk titled "Red Flags to Action: A Smart Approach to Developmental Delay" by Dr. N. Varsha Monika Reddy, Pediatric Neurologist from Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad. This was followed by a session on "Pediatric Orthopedic Deformities: When to Refer, When to Act" delivered by Dr. Ranjit Nellore Mahesh, Pediatric Orthopedician from the same institution. Subsequently, Dr. Preethi Vidyasagar presented insights on "Pediatric Bronchoscopy." The event highlighted key advancements in pediatric care through expert discussions

This session was followed by the Inauguration ceremony. Event started with welcome speech by Dr Charanraj Honnalli sir, Professor, HOD and organizing chairman who gave insight of the event and welcomed all dignitaries.This was followed by watering the plants and event began with Qirat and invocation song by UG students. Dr Siddaling Sir, Professor and MS, gave brief speech about necessity of conducting these events and thanked all the dignitaries and resource persons who came all the way from Hyderabad inspite of their busy schedule. Next Dr Guruprasad sir, Dean expressed his views about todays programme and appreciated the dept for conducting the event. Dr P S Shankar sir, Senior CEO shared his views and briefed about the importance of such events. Finally vote of thanks was given by Dr Vijay Shegji, Associate Professor and organizing secretary. Then talk was given by Dr Abhitej, Dr Dinesh and Varsha Monika Reddy. Post lunch all the delegates, post graduates and consultants were made into 3 groups and were divided for the workshop.
