National Voters Day Celebration - 2026

National Voters Day was Celebrated by Faculty of Languages, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences & Law on  23.01.2026 at Khaja Bandanawaz University, Kalaburagi

As per the directions received from the Chief Election Commission, Karnataka towards celebrating 16th National Voters Day, (My India My Vote) with a tag line “Citizen at the Heart of Indian Democracy”. 

Teaching staff along with students took pledge followed by motivational songs of the election commission which was screened to share the message of My India My Vote. 

Oath was administered by Dr. Tajuddin Md Asst. Professor, Dept. of Political Science. The students and all other staff of the faculty  pledged to Vote in all elections fairly. Screening of Voting Awareness Video s also done during the celebration.   Approximately 50 students and   teaching staff from all departments from the FoAHSS&L were present at the event.
