Inter-University Solidarity; KBNU Welcomes Sharnbasva University for Jnanothsav 2026 Drive

It’s wonderful to see such a vibrant collaboration between two major educational landmarks in Kalaburagi.
Khaja Bandanawaz University Kalaburagi gave a grand welcome to Sharnbasva University students to perform Flash Mob as part of their awareness drive about Jnanothsav 2026 scheduled on 15th and 16th May 2026. Sixty Eight students participated in the flash mob. They performed multiple dances on popular songs in many groups. Cultural Coodinator SBU Dr Swati Kalshetti, Dr Pallavi Patil, Dr Vishal Patil, Dr Dhanaraj accompanied the students.
Dr Guruprasad, Dean FOMS; Dr Subhash Kamal, Dean FOET, Dr Srinivas, Dean FOCM, Dr Gazala, Dr Maroof and many other teaching staff attended the flashmob. Students from all KBNU faculties gathered to cheer and supported the performance.
Refreshment was arranged by KBNU. SBU students expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality shown by the KBNU family.
Beyond the dance and music, the event served as a bridge between the student bodies. Events like these do more than just promote a festival; they foster a sense of community and healthy "competition-meets-camaraderie" between Kalaburagi's premier educational institutions.
