The programme began at 11:45 AM with a Holy Quran recitation by Syed Sufiyan Quadri (Faculty of Law), setting a spiritual tone. A symbolic torch-bearing ceremony led by Final year MBBS student Mohammed Nabil Afnan marked the beginning of the Fest, followed by the Sportsmanship Pledge taken by student representatives. In his address, Registrar Mr. Mir Vilayat Ali quoted the university’s late Founder Chancellor: “A sound mind lies in a sound body,” emphasizing the balance between academic pursuits and sports activities.
