INAUGURATION
The event was inaug urated with a formal ceremony by Dr. Iqbal Matto, Dean, Faculty of Education & Dr. Subash Kamal, Dean, Faculty of Engineering & technology, KBNU.
The Project Exhibition competitions were judged by the Dean of Academics, Dr. Zama Moosvi and Dean, Faculty of Sciences, Prof. Nishat Arif Hussaini.
Paper presentation competition was adjudged by Dr. Iqbal Matto, Dean, Faculty of Education and Dr. Subash Kamal, Dean, Faculty of Engineering & technology, KBNU.
Whereas Poster Presentation was adjudged by Dr. Geetanjali Kamble, Dean, Faculty of Science & Dr. Guruprasad, Dean, Faculty of Medical Sciences.
The dignitaries toured the exhibition, interacted with the participants, and appreciated the models and exhibits presented by students. They provided valuable insights and motivated students with ideas to enhance their projects.
Students from Colleges and University across Kalaburagi exhibited commendable projects and models in various themes.
CONTINUATION OF THE EVENT AND LECTURE SESSIONS
The Second half of Day featured Lecture sessions by eminent speakers, providing an enriching experience for participants and attendees:

Dr. S.K. Inganakal, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Environmental Engineering, VTU, Kalaburagi-Karnataka.
Dr. M.A. Fahim, Associate Professor, Dept. of Community Medicine, Faculty of Medical Sciences, KBNU
VALEDICTORY FUNCTION AND PRIZE DISTRIBUTION
The event concluded with a Valedictory Function, graced by dignitaries, Dr. Zama Moosvi, Dean, Academics as the Chief Guest, Dr. Abdul Baseer, Convener & Director, IQAC, Prof. S.K. Azam, Dean, Campus Planning & Management, KBNU & Dr. Geetanjali Kamble, Dean, Faculty of Sciences.
The event was inaugurated with a formal ceremony, with a warm welcome address delivered by Dr. Manjunath D.C, Organising Secretary & Assistant Professor, Dept of Civil Engineering, KBNU.
Introduction and felicitation of the resource persons were carried by Ms. Heena Jamadar, Media Co-ordinator, KBNU
Prize Distribution to the students were carried by Dr. Tayyab Ali, Assistant Professor, Dept of Physics, Faculty of Science, KBNU.
Comprehensive report of the event was presented by Dr. Abdul Baseer, Convener & Director, IQAC, KBNU.
Dean, Academics addressed the gathering, encouraging faculty members to organize similar events on a larger scale and commended the efforts of the organizing departments.
Prizes were distributed to the Winners and Runners-up in acknowledging their exceptional contributions and efforts.
Best exhibits in Project Exhibition:
1st Prize: Mr. Basalingayya, Mr. Majid, and Mr. Abdul Rahman from the Department of Computer Science, FOET, KBNU for their Real-Time Water Monitoring Level in Dam using Sensors and Coding project.
2nd Prize: Mr. Harish Reddy and Mr. Mahesh Kumar from Shetty Institute of Technology for their Water Conservation project.
3rd Prize: The third prize was shared by two teams: Mr. Sangamesh, Mr. Siddaram, and Mr. Venkatesh from Sharanbasava University for their Water Conservation project, and Mr. Omkar, Mr. Arfeen Inamdar, and Mr. Siddharth from FoMS, KBNU for their Rainwater Harvesting project.
Best exhibits in Paper Presentation:
1st Prize: Ms. Shweta Mudbika from SB University on the Impact of Water Pollution on Local Water Bodies.
2nd Prize: Ms. Khadija Haniya and Raheel Shehena from Al-Badar Dental College for Public
Perception and Awareness of Water project.
3rd Prize: Dr. Masrat Jahan from the Department of Microbiology, FoMS, KBNU for her work on Water Conservation.
Best exhibits in Poster Presentation:
1st Prize: Ms. Rahiya Basri from V.G Women's College, Kalaburagi for her project on Water
Recycling.
2nd Prize:Ms. Ekta A Bhajantari and Ms. M.D. Hemalatha from Al-Badar Dental College for their project on Glacier Preservation,
3rd Prize: Ms. Raichal from KBN Nursing for her work on Water Recycling.
Vote of Thanks
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Gazala Shaireen, Organising Secretary &Associate Professor, Dept. of Anatomy, KBNU expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, participants, and organizers for their support and contributions to the success of the event.
OUTCOMES
The exhibition provided a platform for students to showcase their creativity and scientific talent.
Participants received valuable feedback and motivation from eminent dignitaries and speakers.
Students were inspired to pursue further innovation and research in the field of science.
Faculty members and students alike gained insights and ideas for future projects and events.

Special thanks to the Organising Secretaries & Organising committee members and all the faculty members, participants, and volunteers who contributed to the success of this event.
CONCLUSION
The District Level World Water Day, organized to celebrate World Water Day was a resounding success. The event not only showcased the scientific talent of students but also emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation. We look forward to organizing more such events in the future on even larger platforms.
