The Faculty of Science, KBNU, successfully conducted a two-day Induction Programme for first-year B.Sc. students on 10th and 11th July 2025. The programme was designed to help new students integrate into the academic environment, familiarize themselves with the university's values and systems, and set a tone of purpose and community as they begin their higher education journey.
The event was graced by Prof. Syed Ashfaq Ahmed (Pro-Vice Chancellor), Mr. Vilayat Ali (Registrar), and Dr. Abdul Baseer (Director IQAC & Controller of Examinations, i/c). The session was presided over by Dr. Geetanjali R. Kamble, Dean, Faculty of Science. Interactive sessions included an engaging goal-setting and time management workshop conducted by Dr. Syed Abrar and Dr. Jyoti Hiremath. Students also participated in ice-breaking games, soft skills training, and a spirited Talent Hunt, uncovering new voices in singing, poetry, and mimicry. Technical support for APAAR ID generation was managed by Dr. Badrinath Kulkarni.
