B.A. and B.A. LLB Student Induction Programme 2025

The B.A. and B.A. LLB Student Induction Programme, conducted from 14th to 21st July 2025 at KBN University, was a week of engaging sessions, interactive activities, and meaningful orientation. Designed to introduce new students to academic culture and campus life, the programme saw the participation of 50 attendees including 20 newly admitted students.

The programme began with an introduction to the university’s mission, legacy, and academic achievements by Dr. Athiya Sultana. Students were then taken on a comprehensive campus tour led by Dr. Milan Bishnoi and Dr. Jawed Akhtar. A thoughtful session on mental well-being and student counselling was conducted by Ms. Aswathy, while Dr. Syed Abrar sensitized the students on anti-ragging policies and campus ethics.

The dignitaries delivered insightful messages — Prof. Syed Ashfaq Ahmed emphasized the importance of discipline and university life; Mr. Vilayat Ali spoke on the interdisciplinary nature and goals of KBNU; Dr. Abdul Baseer outlined academic policies and exam integrity; and Dr. Zama Moosvi highlighted continuous learning, extracurricular growth, and the study of humanities.

Throughout the week, students engaged in games, group activities, and competitions like ‘Pick-and-Speak’, essay writing, and photography. Informative sessions on the NAD platform, scholarships, and APAAR ID creation were held. Students also received training in video editing, club orientation, and soft skills. A yoga session led by Dr. Milan Bishnoi promoted physical and mental wellness. The Green Campus drive under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan added an environmental consciousness to the programme.

The SIP was a successful blend of knowledge-sharing, community building, and personal development, laying a strong foundation for students' journey at KBNU.
