3rd Annual Sports and Cultural Fest 2025 – Day 6

On 17th October 2025 the sixth day of the 3rd Annual Sports and Cultural Fest 2025 at Khaja Bandanawaz University unfolded with thrilling matches and vibrant participation, showcasing the true spirit of teamwork, camaraderie, and sportsmanship among students and faculty.
The day commenced with an exciting Boys’ Football Match between the teams of the Faculty of Medical Science (FoMS) and the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FoET) at the Sayyid Akbar Hussaini Turf Ground, Sangtrashwadi. Both teams demonstrated exceptional skill, coordination, and determination, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats throughout the match. After an intense contest, FoET emerged as the winner, while FoMS secured the runner-up position.
Following this, the KBN Faculty Friendly Badminton Doubles took place at the KBN University Campus Ground. Faculty members from various faculties, including FoALHSSL, FoET, FoMS, FoCM, and FoS, enthusiastically participated, creating a spirited and supportive atmosphere. The matches were marked by friendly competition and mutual encouragement, drawing loud cheers from students for their respective faculties. After several closely fought rounds, FoMS lifted the winners’ trophy, with FoS finishing as runners-up.
The day concluded with the Girls’ Throwball Competition, held at the KBN University Campus Ground. Teams from FoALHSSL, FoEd, FoMS, FoET, and FoS participated, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the event. The matches were dynamic and well-contested, reflecting teamwork and lively campus engagement. Ultimately, FoMS secured the first position, while FoS claimed the runner-up spot.
Day 6 of the fest highlighted the university’s commitment to fostering a culture of holistic development, teamwork, and healthy competition. Through these spirited events, students and faculty came together to celebrate sportsmanship and unity, reinforcing the vibrant campus life at Khaja Bandanawaz University.
