3rd Annual Sports and Cultural Fest 2025 – Day 3

On 14th October 2025 The third day of the 3rd Annual Sports and Cultural Fest 2025 at Khaja Bandanawaz University witnessed an exciting line-up of competitive sports events aimed at fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among students.


The day commenced with the Carrom Doubles competition at the Examination Hall of the Faculty of Medical Sciences (FoMS), featuring spirited participation from all faculties. In the girls’ category, FoALHSSL secured first place, followed by FoMS and FoET. In the boys’ category, FoCM claimed the top position, with FoMS and FoS finishing second and third respectively.


This was followed by the Chess tournament, also held at the FoMS Examination Hall. The girls’ category saw FoMS taking first place, followed by FoALHSSL and FoCM. In the boys’ category, FoMS once again emerged victorious, while FoCM and FoET took second and third positions.


The Girls’ Shotput event took place near the Civil Engineering Department grounds and saw enthusiastic participation. FoS dominated the event by securing both first and second places, with FoEd finishing third.


Next in the line-up was Table Tennis, featuring fast-paced matches between faculties. In the boys’ category, FoMS emerged as the winner and FoET was the runner-up, while in the girls’ category, FoET claimed the top spot and FoS finished second.


The day concluded with the highly anticipated Badminton Doubles matches, which drew large crowds of students cheering for their teams. In the boys’ category, FoMS clinched the winning title while FoS were runners-up. In the girls’ category, FoET emerged as winners, with FoALHSSL as runners-up.


The third day stood out for its vibrant atmosphere, competitive spirit, and excellent display of athletic skills. The active involvement of faculty members ensured smooth coordination of events, while enthusiastic student participation added to the energy on campus.


The day truly reflected KBNU’s commitment to holistic development and the promotion of sports as an integral part of education.
