Exhibition on Food Preservation Techniques

The Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Sciences, Khaja Bandanawaz University, Kalaburagi organized an Exhibition on Food Preservation Techniques on 20-09-2023. The event showcased models and charts created by M.Sc. III semester Biotechnology students, highlighting various food preservation methods such as blanching, freezing, canning, drying, and pasteurization. The exhibition was inaugurated by Prof. Nishar Arif Hussaini, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Sciences, Law, and Education, who spoke about the importance of food preservation. The exhibition was open to all KBN University students and staff members, and it received over 100 visitors who appreciated the various food preservation models on display. Overall, the exhibition was a great success.
